Like any inflatable camping pad, air pressure can change slightly as temperatures drop overnight. This is normal and doesn't necessarily mean there's a leak.

For the best experience, check that the valves are fully sealed before sleeping and keep the pad away from sharp objects and rough surfaces.

Yes, the pad’s 4-inch thickness is verified and offers genuine support above the ground, solving common problems like hips and shoulders bottoming out.

While slightly bulkier than thinner pads, it folds or rolls down to a compact size that fits easily into backpacks, thanks to its high-density packing design.

This pad offers bed-like comfort, a connectable design for couples, and durable materials—features that justify the higher price over basic, budget options.

The CROWTAC® 90-Day Field Test gives you 90 days from delivery to put your REST-X™ to the test and decide if it’s right for you.

Set it up, test the comfort, and take it on your camping trips. If you’re not satisfied with your REST-X™ within the 90-day period, contact our support team to request a return.

To qualify, your REST-X™ must be returned with all included components and must not show damage caused by misuse, improper storage, modification, sharp objects, excessive abrasion, fire, chemicals, or other use outside normal camping conditions.

Normal signs of careful testing and use are acceptable.

Once your return is received and inspected, eligible returns will be refunded in accordance with our return policy. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

In short: you have 90 days to get outside, sleep on it, and decide whether REST-X™ has earned a place in your gear.
